1. Research use only
All products sold by Vital Healer Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances. By placing an order you accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, use, and disposal of the material.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to order. Orders are accepted only from qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions with the facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe material may be intended for human use.
3. Regulatory status
The compounds we supply have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Most are not approved for any clinical indication. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for any particular use. Researchers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable in their jurisdiction, and for obtaining any institutional approvals required before beginning work.
4. Payment
We accept Zelle only. No card details are collected or stored by this site. Orders are created in an unpaid state and are only processed once we have verified receipt of the corresponding Zelle payment, matched by the order reference code shown on your order page. Payments sent without a reference code may be delayed while we identify them. Orders that remain unpaid for 14 days may be cancelled.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on quantity. All order totals are calculated on our servers at the time the order is placed; the amount shown on your order page is the authoritative amount due. Products are subject to availability and we may substitute or cancel where stock is exhausted.
6. Shipping and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our shipping page for rates, dispatch times and damage-claim procedures.
7. Returns and refunds
Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on unbroken cold-chain and handling conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed product. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Healer Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order governs that order.
