Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST: Ship same business day

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST: Ship next business day

Weekend orders: Ship on Monday

Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship your order at no additional cost.

Temperature Concerns:

If ice packs have completely melted or you suspect temperature compromise, please contact us immediately. We may request photos and can arrange for product replacement if needed.

Incorrect Address:

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Address changes after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.

Currently, we only ship within the United States & Canada.
