Payment must clear before dispatch
Because we settle payments by Zelle, your order is packed only after we’ve verified the incoming payment against your order reference. Submitting your confirmation on your order page speeds this up considerably — most orders are verified within one business day.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is added to your order page as soon as the parcel is collected, and you can check it any time using your private order link.
Storage on arrival
Move lyophilized vials into cold storage promptly on receipt. Powder is stable in transit, but long periods at room temperature after delivery will shorten usable shelf life. See our storage guide for full handling detail.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before opening anything further and email us with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States. Research chemical import rules vary widely by country, so contact us before ordering from outside the US and we’ll confirm whether we can service your location.
