Common questions
- How do I pay for my order?
- We accept Zelle only. After placing your order you'll land on a private order page showing our Zelle recipient, the exact amount, and a reference code to include in the payment memo. Once you've sent payment, upload your confirmation on that same page.
- How long until my payment is confirmed?
- We verify Zelle payments manually, usually within one business day of receiving your confirmation. Your order page updates automatically once payment is confirmed.
- Can I get a COA for my batch?
- Yes. Every batch has full HPLC and mass spectrometry documentation. Email us with your order number and the compound and we'll send the matching COA.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We ship within the United States. Contact us before ordering if you're outside the US so we can confirm whether we can service your location.
- Are these products safe for human use?
- No. Every compound we sell is strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs or supplements and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances.
